Notice what everyday life is showing before it becomes a bigger problem.
Viwe started with practical ways to make recovery easier during an ordinary workday. Viwe has grown since, but the starting point still holds: wellbeing has to fit the life people already have.
Viwe began with a very different idea. The original plan was to develop a physical product and build a business around it. That direction changed quickly as we started looking more closely at where people actually need support.
One of the earliest practical ideas was a 30–60 minute guided self-massage for office workers: simple ways to ease neck and shoulder strain during the workday. Much of what Viwe is today was already present there. Wellbeing was brought into the day someone already had, rather than requiring them to build a new routine around it.
That idea eventually grew into Viwe Workday, while the picture around it became broader. Body maintenance and recovery expanded into sleep, nutrition, mental wellbeing, social connections, and the rest of everyday life. The more we worked with people, the clearer one thing became: information is abundant. The harder part is understanding what matters now and what to do with it next.

Everyday life sends a lot of signals: in the body, sleep, energy, recovery, rhythm, and relationships. Viwe helps people understand what those signals can mean, and what practical step follows.
Viwe helps people read the dimensions of their everyday life and act on what they see.
Notice what everyday life is showing before it becomes a bigger problem.
Put the signal in context. The same feeling can point to different things for different people.
Choose the next practical step that fits this moment. Sometimes it is movement, sometimes rest, sometimes one less thing.
Viwe's way of structuring wellbeing is built around eight interconnected dimensions. This number is intentional: the same idea is repeated in the logomark as eight coloured lines. One line, one dimension of everyday life. The dimensions overlap and influence each other.
Balance connects all eight dimensions. One person may draw more from movement and nutrition, another from family, friends and social connections. Balance is about finding the mix that fits your life at this moment.

Movement, active living, and their role in physical wellbeing, mood, focus, and cognitive wellbeing.
Caring for the body, recovering from strain, and maintaining everyday function.
The role of quality sleep and sufficient rest in energy, focus, emotional regulation, and wellbeing.
The role of diet, nutrients, and everyday food choices in wellbeing.
The effects of mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, focus and cognitive load in everyday life.
The role of relationships, community, and sense of belonging.
Overall life satisfaction, meaning, and the influence of environment on wellbeing.
Balance between work, free time, hobbies, relationships, and other dimensions of wellbeing.
Our work rests on four foundational pillars. Together, they shape how we think, design and work.
01
Wellbeing has to fit the life people already have. We design for full calendars, context switching, non-ideal routines and days without much room left for recovery.
02
We want to address what creates strain before symptoms force the issue. Often that means recognizing the small opportunities, the pauses and transitions, in everyday routines and fitting recovery to the gaps that already exist.
03
Most wellbeing is built through small things that fit into an ordinary day. A pause, a walk, something nourishing, a little more recovery or one less thing can be enough to change the direction of a day.
04
Biometrics, apps and habit trackers can add valuable context once you know what you are trying to understand. We start with person, technology is layered on top when it actually adds value.
Viwe is shaped by people who bring different angles to the same idea: wellbeing for the life people already have.
